[ubuntu]How to configure EciAdsl modem in ubuntu

My system specification:

ubuntu lucid linuxkernal
ver. 2.6.32-21-generic
Intel core2duo processor
320 GB HD
2 GB DDR2 ram
ATI RADEON HD 4350 GPU

There is no inbuilt driver for EciAdsl modem in ubuntu.So u have to install the driver first.Driver link is below..
1.Just install the driver 
2.Connect ur modem 
3.Restart System
