How do I check RAM speed and type in ubuntu

                                                               U can use terminal to get details of your RAM.
               Step 1. Alt + F2
               Step 2.Type gnome-terminal
               Step 3.Type sudo dmidecode --type 17
                                          OR
                                   sudo dmidecode --type 17 | more
                Step 4.U will get details ---->> OK!
